Excellent location on the old town square with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Gorgeous breakfast with a view of the marketplace. Stunning mix of old and new decor, especially the impressive staircase and chandelier. Our room had unique curtains and we received complimentary prosecco for my birthday. Generous breakfast and quality meals in the brasserie.

Located right in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for exploring all the main attractions. The convenience of being steps away from the beautiful main square is unbeatable. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, offering great recommendations for food and trips. The breakfast selection is impressive, with fresh options and even a dedicated 'egg waiter'. Plus, the hotel retains its historic charm, with original features dating back to the 14 century.
The only downside was the closure of the cocktail bar, which would have added an extra touch to the overall experience.

Our stay at the Bonerowski Palace was perfect. We had a small issue with the aircon in our room, but the staff quickly fixed it for us. The location of the hotel is amazing, and our suite room was amazing. The facilities were superb, and we couldn't have asked for a better value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for an very nice experience.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect central location, right on the main square. The hotel offers a private transfer service from the airport, smooth and convenient. The room was lovely and well-equipped, with a big bath and fluffy towels. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for bars and attractions. The hotel provided umbrellas when it was raining, a thoughtful touch.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including fine dining and a spa lounge. the location was perfect, just steps away from attractions, but unfortunately, the window insulation was poor, causing some street noise to disrupt our sleep.
this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with meticulous housekeeping throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. The location was perfect, right on the square in Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the bustling atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and were really nice too assist us, even shipping a forgotten item back to us.
